1. Digital Product Policy

Google Docs Page Layout Pro is a digital software product delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of this, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

2. No Automatic Refunds

We do not offer automatic refunds for:

• Partial subscription periods

• Unused time

• Accidental purchases

• Changes in feature availability

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in rare cases such as:

• Duplicate charges

• Billing errors

• Technical issues that prevent the add-on from functioning as described

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

• The email used for purchase

• A brief explanation of the issue

5. Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Approved refunds will be issued through Stripe to the original payment method.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• You will continue to have access to Pro features until the period ends

2. How to Cancel

Subscriptions can be canceled:

• Through the account or billing portal provided at purchase

• Or by contacting support

3. No Partial Refunds

Canceling a subscription does not result in a partial refund for unused time, unless required by law.

4. Account Access After Cancellation

After cancellation:

• Pro features will be disabled at the end of the billing cycle

• Free features will remain available

If a payment fails:

• Stripe may attempt to reprocess the payment

• Access to Pro features may be suspended if payment cannot be completed

We may update this Cancellation Policy periodically. Continued use of the add-on means you accept the updated terms.
